If you have any special packaging requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and you can track your delivery using our online tracking service. If for any reason there is a delay with your delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At iNeeda Platform, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a returns label and instructions on how to return the item to us. Once we have received the item and checked that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 days. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage or fault before we can process your claim.
